Here's my explanation for the startling string of boneheaded moves coming out of the Kerry campaign. As part of a top secret deal made by Skulls and Bones, Kerry is trying to throw the race to Bush. ;)

"Asked Friday to explain the discrepancy, Kerry aides said the senator cast one of the 22 nays that day in 1996 because he disagreed with some of the final technical aspects. But, said spokesman David Wade, Kerry supported the legislation in its purer form -- and voted for it months earlier."At least the quote is only from a spokesman so it won't appear in an ad anytime soon. But come on.
